    John Fleming is a dream to work with. Easy going, but very professional. I had a problem with what I considered gross over reach by the mortgage company on wanting documentation and I told John that their request was out of the question. He contacted the underwriters and had the request pulled. Then the title company wanted us to prepay our property taxes, this was a refinance not a new purchase. The tax bills had not even been sent out for the year. John then contacted the title company and they pulled that request. It was a great pleasure working with a professional like John and I would highly recommend him for your mortgage needs.
