Mortgage Investors Group has been great to work with. I am very happy with my mortgage rate but most of all I am very happy with the service I received during the loan process. Brian and Nancy were exceptional in answering all my questions and in keeping me updated on the progress on my loan. I never worried about what was happening. I was kept fully informed. You can go to a lot of places to get a mortgage but I am sure you won't always get the great service I received from Mortgage Investors Group. Thank you Brian and Nancy!

I do not recommend using this mortgage company. They did not inform us of the correct date when a home appraisal was going to be done which ended up costing us $590. They knew we had extended our home inspection time frame due to problems the seller was possibly going to fix. They did not give us the correct appraisal date and therefore we had to pay for an appraisal of a house we did not end up buying. We had no contact with the appraisal company. This was all done through the mortgage broker. Instead of refunding the whole amount they charged us, they only refunded $290. It was their mistake not ours. The mortgage broker (Brian Thorne) we worked with didn't even try to get us our money back until we specifically asked him to reach out to his supervisor and ask. We should have been refunded the whole amount.

Brian Thorne is amazing. He answered all of our questions and responded super fast every time. This man should be your go to! Call and ask for Brian!

I could not have asked for a better home buying experience. My loan officer, Amanda Gardner, was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond, and even saved me a few hundred dollars by helping me shop around for a title company. She was way ahead of the game on everything and not once in the home buy experience were we waiting on MIG. She even answered the phone outside of business hours to answer any questions I had. I can't speak more highly of her. She checked in every few days to make sure everything outside of MIG's scope was going smoothly. Again, I highly recommend MIG and highly recommend Amanda Gardner.

As a Realtor, I recommend several mortgage pros to my clients, but every client I have referred to Kristie Morrow, with MIG - (Walker Springs location), no matter how big or how small the mortgage, Kristie treats with equal, phenomenal care. She genuinely cares about helping her clients, and is incredibly responsive. As her former manager, many years ago in a previous career, I observed her interactions with clients to be honest, forthright, educational, and always with the clients’ best interests at heart, which is the reason I trust her to take care of my clients now. She is conscientious with details and always handles needs in a timely manner. If you need a mortgage, or need to refinance, I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Working with Kristin and the team at MIG was such a wonderful experience. We recently moved to Knoxville from Memphis, and were not able to make many trips back and forth. Kristin was very communicative about the entire process, and made sure we fully understood every part of the process. I would definitely recommend MIG to anyone thinking about financing a home!

If you are looking to purchase a home for the first time (or even refinance or buy another home) then I would strongly recommend Michael Hodges with MIG. He was awesome! Every question or concern I had he had a answer for. He made us feel very comfortable through the whole process. If your looking for someone to treat you like family and not just another customer call MIG.

Mortgage Investors Group made buying a home fun, quick, and simple. As first time homebuyers, my husband and I were not sure what to expect, but we were blown away at the customer service and the effort that was put in to make sure we understood every step of the process. Although I had a bad realtor she did good by recommending Donna at MIG for my lender. I was out of state and Donna had great communication with me throughout the process and assisted with details I had on adding an additional large payment to my loan (recasting) once I sold my house. I was originally going with a big bank for convenience. Donna price matched and did her best to assist with avoiding delays...we closed within 30 days! My job was being a little difficult to provide documentation for remote work and she guided me on what alternatives I had. There was small hiccups with the title process and she assisted with that. Again, great communication and would highly recommend Donna and her team at MIG.

Brian Thorne was great to work with. Answered questions I had in detail, they were quick to get everything done, which moved my closing date up, and were very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend if looking to buy a house.

First time buying a house all by myself... Robert Carter, Kandace and his whole team of helpful folks made it easy as a walk in the park. I wasn't even sure if I could qualify for a loan, but Robert found a way! I've already recommended MIG to one of my best friends and will recommend Robert to anyone I meet who's wanting to get a mortgage or refinance an existing one. He's made a customer for life! (And so have my realtors, Dean and Janet Palombi!) Excellent experience from start to finish!

I started the home buying process in February with MIG. I must say that Brian Thorne has the patience of Jobe..... I am a very needy person, I have to be kept informed and I have a million questions. He has been wonderful through this entire process. The response time from the processor Diana Bridgeman is unbelievable. They are quick and do not leave you wondering. I have not actually closed on the house yet but I will leave a final review if and when I do.

I highly recommend MIG for Knoxville mortgage needs, and specifically Joe Pace and his production assistant Madi Archer. Joe deftly walked us through the options we had available for financing our mortgage on a new home purchase while considering the balance in needing to sell our existing home. We managed to leverage some options I did not realize were available and his rates were competitive not only locally, but better than regional or online offers. This is the second time we have used MIG for our mortgage needs, and our experience has been excellent. Joe and Madi carried themselves professionally in all methods of communication, but with sincerity and kindness that made a financial transaction one with a personal relationship.
