First of all do not read any negative reviews here. My experience was nothing less than first class. My girlfriend and I recently purchased our first home, which as they say is quite stressful. After 3 weeks of getting dragged along by a local bank lender, John stepped in and from the very first call he delivered exactly what he promised. We closed on our house in 11 days and we couldn't be happier with our decision to use his services!

John is an absolute beast of a man. The things he has done for my significant other and I are nothing short of a miracle. In the middle of the mortgage process, my S/O got laid off. We were devastated. What we saw as a dead end, John saw as a mere speed bump. He managed to take all of the stress out of such a difficult situation for us. He has helped us more than anyone else would have been willing to. It’s as simple as this: if there’s something you want, John Young will get it for you.

There are mortgage brokers, and then there is John E Young Mortgage. John’s superior knowledge of the mortgage process is second to none. He really looks out for his clients, and simplifies an otherwise complicated process by providing clear step by step instructions. My wife and I are beyond thankful to John for getting us in our new home. He goes way above and beyond for his clients! If you need a mortgage, then you need to call John!

John was open and transparent throughout the mortgage process. He explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. We switched mortgage companies to John's company and he was able to secure a great interest rate that was much lower than our first broker. We are so appreciative of his hard work on our behalf!

John has been extremely helpful, not only in finding a Mortgage that works with me, but also coaching me through the steps in getting that loan. Helping me with tips on how to better my credit, how to navigate the banking and loan process, and everything in between. I am an self employed, independent business owner, mainly working in cash and credit transactions. It’s never an easy process for me to get a loan. Luckily I was referenced to John by some friends, and his reputation for getting things done is absolutely true. If he says he can do it, he will. If he says it cannot be done, it’s a good chance it can’t be done. But he will tell you what to do to get on track to try again. If you are considering a mortgage or financing, definitely talk with John first. It is well worth your time.

Called for advice and got treated like a poor second class peasant and he flat out told me he can talk to me like that because he owns his own company what he calls the “hard truth” was just simply disrespect

I don't know if I have enough space here to accurately describe how wonderful John is and how much he helped me through my first house falling through to closing on my second house. He will tell you his honest opinion about your situation, which I greatly appreciated considering this was my first home purchase and I was clueless. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but John for your home buying needs!

John is an awesome Broker. He is easy and fun to work with. He takes the stress out of home buying. He's not afraid to give advice and most of all he works for you and with you, to get the best financing he could.
