Cross Valley Federal Credit Union Baltimore Dr, Wilkes Barre

I have been with Cross Valley FCU since 1995. I had another bank for a very brief time before joining Cross Valley. I would never chose any other institution! Banking. Loans. Always the Best service. I honestly do not know why anyone would go anywhere else !

We have worked with this bank (the same wonderful woman) for years. She has helped us refinance our home loan twice, has given us helpful information and was completely professional while still being friendly. We have had 3 car loans through them as well and the rates were absolutely amazing. We do almost everything through autopay so it is super easy. We have never once had an issue and will continue to use this bank for as much as possible.

Never a more incompetent bank. I was supposed to be sent my card for my account 10 days ago and they never sent it. I have had more access to my money thanks to this and have to transfer money, which they only allow 5 times a month before they charge, or how to the bank which normal people who work can only make it there on Saturdays one of my few days off. The customer service is atrocious because they could honestly care less.

Horrible bank. Don't ever make a mistake. They will tax you with overdraft fees for days. I would love to know how much they have made off of me already. That's not counting my wife and kids.

This location is awesome the staff are super friendly! Terri with the loan department is great. Awesome experience and with multiple locations throughout the county this credit union is unbeatable.

Horrible! Absolutely no idea what customer service entails. They make you jump through multiple hoops to deposit money into your own account without valid explanation as to why you've got to jump. There is no need to wonder why CVFCU cannot keep members.

This is a horrible credit union, they are biased and the customer service is at best very minimal. They offer very little banking options, unaccommodating and they do not value you , your money or your service.

Good bank as long as you don't make a mistake. I moved and went through a divorce- accidentally overdrew my new account ($140). This ended up costing me $280.00 in fees because the same things were put through 3 times and I was not notified at all (this happened within a few days). Bottom line- I was told I should be checking my account everyday. After weeks of calling they finally refunded one of the $35 fees, said I should be grateful for that. They may want to find another way to generate revenue instead of relying on their customer's misfortune.

I call them to make a double payment on my loan and they transferred me to the chief loan officer.i told him how much I wanted to pay and he said that it wasn't enough that I had to give them over $800 to catch up on my loan or they would send the repo guy out with the sheriff. He was very disrespectful, would not let me speak, and was belittling. If you try to get a loan through them I would think twice.

Not happy with my experience my loan payment book was never mailed out to me i called them to check in they told me i was 10 days late and that i had to pay today to avoid late fee ... paid with my card and then was charged a fee for paying with my card if i could give a half of star i would
