Wouldn't recommend John Cross he has caused a trifecta of closing delays avoiding calls, and not responding to emails or texts we were to close today the May 31, and he is nowhere to be found. People have taken off work to help with moving, utilities have been disconnected .moving trucks have been rented and the notary will have to be paid again, etc so if your looking to close on time, communication or work ethic I recommend you to look elsewhere.

I had the pleasure with working with Don Isom late last year. I was a single mother of three young children and had been working my butt off to save and qualify to buy a home we could call our very own! The LORD sent me an helper to accomplish this dream and this helpers name was none other than Don Isom. I was so impressed with his willingness to stay in touch with me throughout the entire process. If I had to grade his professional demeanor, it would be an A+. If there was something that came up that was overwhelming or discouraging at times. He would go out of his way to calm me down and reassure me that things will work out, and they did indeed! I got a great interest rate, I was able to move in and begin making modern updates to our new home before we even closed the loan all due to Don's ability to be in control of the loan process and assure all the parties involved that things are moving forward and that the closing would be happening, even if it got postponed a few times. Didn't matter though, because He kept his word, he did a wonderful job and to this day, he inspires me to remain passionate about my work even on the days when I don't feel like it. Any person, family or couple in search of a home would have a wonderful home buying experience if given the opportunity to work with Don. Even though we've never met face to face, as he lives in Texas and I in ND, we will forever be connected because he helped me and my kids achieve a dream that to some seams impossible and that connection is one that lasts a lifetime!
