Joey is AMAZING! He took a very confusing, complicated process and broke it down in a way that made perfect sense. Joey and his whole team were wonderful throughout the whole process- I asked plenty of questions and they responded quickly with detailed, easy to understand answers. I have worked with mortgage lenders in the past who left me more confused with their answers than before I asked the question, but Joey was the total opposite. He helped answer all of our questions to determine the best loan type when making our next purchase, and made purchasing our home from a distance, amid a global pandemic (COVID-19), smoother than we would have ever thought possible. Even though we were never able to make it to the state prior to our move in date due to the travel restrictions and shelter in place orders, everything with our loan process stayed on track and we were able to close on time, as planned thanks to Joey and his team! Joey and his team were exceptional in making sure that the loan application process was as simple as possible. Everything was online and easy to complete even with a hectic work schedule like mine. I made him redo the loan terms a million times because I was constantly changing my mind and he really helped me put my mind at ease with making sure that I was taken care of while providing the best service possible. My fiancee and I were buying our first house, we went with Joey because he was our builder's preferred lender. We went in thinking this process was going to be long, hard, and annoying; everyone complains about home buying! We were very, happily surprised to see how easy it was to work with Joey and his team! They were all very quick to answer any and all questions! From beginning to finish, the process was so much easier and not nearly as stressful as people make it out to be! Joey’s promptness and quick response was the main reason we went with Alpha Mortgage. We applied and contacted a total of four lenders. Two who were consistently slow to respond, and one from a large bank who passed us off to several loan processors. From start to finish Joey was quick, knowledgeable, and patient with us since we were first time homer buyers with no knowledge of the process. I also enjoyed being able to work with one person who was familiar with our purchase process and local. If we are ever in the market again we will 100% work with Joey again.
