I am an older guy and have closed on several mortgages in my life. I can tell you that ON Q was one of the most professional firms I have ever used. They were always available when I needed them and returned calls promptly. Their slogan is " Mortgages Made Simple" and they certainly were a pleasure to deal with. I will certainly go back the them the next time I need mortgage services. Thank you Q for a great experience.

Richard Lytle and his team at On Q Financial were absolutely amazing. He was able to obtain several credits and discounts for us that others could not on our VA Loan. They were incredibly responsive, invested and helpful. Not to mention they were able to provide our mortgage with the lowest out of pocket costs compared to other lenders. Richard was the best. I had attemped to used other lenders and they were horrible.. I sent all my information to him in 1 day I believe it was 7 days later (including Saturday and Sunday) and I had my closing disclosure and the clear to close.
