We were clients of State Farm And in particular Joseph Feeney for over 17 years paying $1000 s’ of dollars over this period for Home Owners and Auto Insurance. Last year when my daughter graduated from Clarion University and moved to Philadelphia to attend Medical School at PCOM she accidentally omitted to provide Joseph Feeney with her new email although Joseph Feeney clearly had my email With me being the person paying via automated deduction for my daughter’s Auto Insurance. In February 2020 State Farm decided to cancel my daughter’s Auto Insurance after she submitted a claim for a small accident she had. This was done without Joseph Feeney ever reaching out to me to inform me or explain Why ! He then went “ Radio Silent” on both my daughter and my attempts to contact him when we did not receive the Auto Insurance Renewal Slip. It was only after 2-3 months of trying numerous time to contact Joseph Feeney that my daughter eventually got hold of him and was told her Policy was cancelled The net result was that State Farm and Joseph Feeney by their actions contributed to my daughter ( unbeknown to her and myself) driving her vehicle without valid insurance coverage.for over 4 months.So much for Business Ethics and being a loyal client for 17 years.

I have done business with Joe Feeney for fifteen years . I have my cars , house and extra liability through Joe . Anytime I needed some extra attention to a situation , Joe’s office responded quickly and professionally .

Worst Customer Service. Very rude and unprofessional. Do not trust Angel at all. Joe Feeney never returns phone calls. I have been a customer for over 20 years. One day Joe Feeney himself canceled my insurance. He admitted that it was his mistake. He reinstated my insurance and a month later it was cancelled again. I was never notified. Furthermore, Joe reported to Lexus/Nexus that I had an at fault accident. That was incorrect as well. Over the 20 plus years I never had an accident to be reported on my file. As a result I can not obtain reasonable insurance and ended up paying $300 per month. Before all this I was paying approximately $60 a month. I would definitely agree with the other one star review posted by a previous customer. He lacks professionalism and is not responsive. His staff is untrustworthy.

Joe has been a reliable advisor for both insurance and financial matters. He was knowledgeable and helpful when we dealt with both home and car insurance claims. He guided us through the process with ease and was always there to answer our questions.
