Excellent communication. Keeps me updated on everything. Good or bad I know what is going on. Always available for questions or answers. Even though we are 4 hours apart she will text me quickly. Even though we are so far apart i can't remember having such good service. We have bought and sold 4 houses. I don't remember having such good and caring service.

Paid for an appraisal and never received it. Money wasn't refunded. I was told my house didn't qualify for a loan after the process was almost complete. Worse company I've ever dealt with. Scam.

Kevin Huynh had been very helpful. They called very shortly after we put in a request for home refinancing. So far, it has been a very good experience, but we are at the very beginning of the process.

The loan representative was nice but I was obviously not priority. I have not heard back with any offers after giving all my information. It's unfortunate and bad business.

Rocket Mortgage/Quicken Loans is set up to make things very easy and clear when refinancing. Our loan officer, Jacob was great- professional, patient, knowledgeable and very responsive to all our questions. The site is very easy to navigate and to upload documents for those who are computer challenged. Highly recommend you check this out when looking for loans.

Walt Proctor was personable and professional in walking me through the steps of getting a loan. He reached out to remind me of upcoming deadlines without being pushy. I feel like I accomplished my goals of getting a loan at a reasonable rate before rates go up.

I was walking by going to the doctors office down the hall and could hear how discussing your employee’s are. They are talking about peoples applications cursing up a storm I would trust you guys with a paper bag let alone my credit. Maybe this would be a good time for the owner to just randomly walk the main hall in the building that your location is in. You can easily see what I’m talking about. I was there for 4 hours and it was happening all day.
