I was able to close with the help of Jodie Watkins and her wonderful team. She listened to what our goals and what we were looking for and then took the information and was instrumental in helping us find the mortgage and terms that worked for us. Jodie and and Gigi were easy to get a hold of and responded quickly. There was no doubt at any time where we were at along the home buying process. I would strongly and without hesitation highly recommend and refer homebuyers to her. Jodie and her team are AMAZING to work with. If and when I had any questions, they had an answer. If they did not at the time I asked, they were very prompt in getting back to me with the answer. I would use Jodie again because her skills, honesty, heart, knowledge, professionalism, experience, and more importantly to me, her passion for what she does and her desire/heart to help her customers left an indelible impression on us. She kept it real. I would definitely use Jodie Watkins again.

Working with Jodie and her team at Coast 2 Coast Lending, was an absolute pleasure. Their customer service was excellent. I first spoke with Jodie in 2018 regarding my interest in purchasing a home. We talked about the process and my current situation, I wasn't really ready and she could tell by my hesitation and still provided a wealth of information. Fast forward to the end of 2020 and I reached out to Jodie again. She remembered me from our first conversation. We talked about my current situation again and we ran the numbers to see what would be possible. I didn't have much buying power, and I had a few credit items to take care of. Jodie was straightforward, informative, professional, and really understood my unique situation and helped me form a game plan. Here we are in Spring of 2021 and I just closed on my first home! It was NOT an easy process, especially considering the volatility of the current market. I do not ever want to go through a home buying process again, but I would ABSOLUTELY work with Jodie when the inevitable happens.

If I could give a 50 star rating I would. Jodie and GiGi work o. Our deal with 2 weeks we were ready to close. I didn't think it would happen, but Jodie told me she would do her best. She did her best and then some. She made a couple from Milwaukee very happy with a Florida purchase🥰

What a great experience this was for me. Jodie was able to accomplish miracles when others said no. She is professional but yet, very personable!! I would recommend doing business with her to everyone!!!!

Jobie lynn Watkins in my opinion is the best in her line of work. I got mix up with someone that didn't know what they was doing and also miss me up financially I fire them as God for help and God lead me to Jodie and coast2coast financial on a Saturday she( Jodie) took my call on what her day off pulled her team together and the rest is history I am approved and in my new home.
