5 Stars is nowhere enough Mrs. Teri deserves. She was the most helpful Loan official I have every met and had the pleasure of working with. She is very informative, attentive, and basically family once you start working with her. We acquired a VA home loan and she is a subject matter expert with these loans that are not always easy. However, she made it easy with the meticulous requests from this loan type. We had absolutely nothing to worry about throughout the process. She called when we needed to move to the next step, needed to acquire reports, and she called just to talk about how we are doing and not loan related. She truly is a gem to Lake City and I hope anyone considering any loan would simply just call her. That’s all you need to do in order to gain her trust, confidence and knowledge of expertise she has to offer. My family and I are grateful we had the opportunity to get to know her.

The absolute best lending company Ever! I was swindled by another lender and almost lost my contract and deposit until Nicole and Daisy worked their magic and got us approval on a conditional loan in 48 hours. Absolutely unheard of but they worked their butts off and made it happen so we could close. They were there every step of the way. The company even has an app that allows you to keep track of all of your documents. I will never use another lender.
