This is the second time we've used SWBC for a home loan. I can unequivocally recommend them. Everyone in their office is friendly, informed, and thorough. They knew what loan market changes were coming and got my rate locked in before rates went up. While mortgages will always require some effort on your part to provide needed documents, if you do your part, SWBC will make the whole process relatively painless. Jimmy and the rest of his team at SWBC Mortgage are the best people to work with. They always close our contracts on time, are friendly to work with and they can be reached almost anytime. If they don't answer the phone right away, especially after hours, they respond quickly. In my experience, some lenders are hard to get in conctact with, especially online lenders but SWBC has always been very responsive to me, my agents and our mutual clients.
