I will never use this man. He is very sexist. Me and 3 other future roommates went to look at a home to rent. We are in college and want a place. First of all he was 20 minutes late due to traffic and did not call me to let me know which is very unprofessional. Then when we stepped out of the vehicle, he only greeted me (I am a male) and he did not even acknowledge the other 2 females. Then he asked us if we were a family and we said no and he said he can't rent to us. Which is fine I understand that, but he was rude and said that I should've asked first instead of wasting his time. This man is sexist and unprofessional. Do not use him!

I am a female and when I first called him to make an appointment, he was very rude to me. But then I had my boyfriend call him and he was very friendly to him. Which told me he is sexist. Then when we went to look the home, he only acknowledged my boyfriend and totally ignored me. Then after a bit we decided not to look at the house since the owners did not allow roommates. Then he scolded us for wasting his time. Which showed us he is unprofessional. I will never use him.

Very easy to deal with, always answers phone, even on personal time, and does not charge extra fees like many other property managers do. Only charges flat rate for months that a tenant is in the property; if you don't get paid, he doesn't get paid. Highly recommended by many military tenants and landlords in the San Angelo area.
