Our family which consist of several individual family members recently purchased 20 acre property from Jim Jean Realty estate. We all can confirm and agree that Doug was extremely professional and made this family’s dream ( but stressful) process feel almost easy and effortlessly. Doug took time out of his Sunday morning to accommodate all of our schedules to meet with and explain everything we needed to about the property and did so with having to stop and answer all of our TON of questions/concerns and never express a single frustration. We are truly grateful and we will definitely be recommending Jim Jean Realty/Doug to all of our Military friends and families.

We have been looking for land all over Florida contacted Doug and within a few short weeks and two days at a few of there properties we found our piece of heaven closed on a Friday afternoon it was the easiest property transaction i have ever done. Doug was helpfulconcise and knowledgeable all our questions were addressed. The process was seamless i would recommend the Jim Jean reality company too anyone looking for the own piece of heaven. My Boss called on Wednesday afternoon and spoke with Doug about 4 properties in Fawn Ridge. He was told that he could purchase all 4 and then within an hour, was told that a family was coming out the next morning to purchase one lot. in the same conversation, told Doug that he would take the tract at Falmouth Farms. Asked if he could fly out in the company helicopter and look at the tract..Doug said yes. Flew out an hour in each direction and loved the property. Realtor went to make contact and send the funds, noticed that the parcel was gone off their website. So he wasted time on the Helicopter and Jet fuel to no avail. We understand first come first serve, but a phone call would be nice. All of this happened within 48 hours and no indication that either of these properties was in play elsewhere. Probably a very nice family that has been doing this so long that they have forgotten to communicate. Would have loved to buy the 20 acres from them.

My experience with this company was awesome, everyone was friendly and helpful. I like that the owner finance there lands, this option gives me the opportunity to own a piece of FL. You would not regret doing business with Jim Jean Real Estate. I was in and out of their office without delay.

Do Not Purchase land from this company. I would advise against it wholeheartedly, they pretend to be understanding and nice in closing. They have no interest in you just making the most money on property they bought for a fraction of what they are charging you. High Interest rate, and overpriced land. the videos claim that each property resides in a nice area, with nice people, and this is also incorrect. I have been harassed, robbed from , by the neighbors it has cost me vast amounts of money to combat the issues that have arisen from the issues with the property they will leverage anything to continue the property in their name , to keep majority control of the property.

Look no further..if you have always wanted to own land but need owner financing this is the place to go!!! Honest family owned!!! So excited!!!! I am always skeptical intially but i must say all my questions were answered without me asking, i was well informed and the buying process was easy and pleasant. Doug let me know about the springs, family activities, and about schools and the growth in area where my land is. I will definitely highly recommend Jim Jean and look forward to buying from them in the future.

We are beyond thrilled with the purchase of our 40 acres in Live Oak, FL thanks to Jim Jeans Realty! We had been looking for properties in Live Oak for about 6 months now and had no luck due to the Bank not wanting to Finance a property for us. On Saturday afternoon I was online and I HAVE NO IDEA how I came across Jim Jeans Realty, however I am so glad I did. That same afternoon I spoke to Doug on the phone and he mentioned I could go see the property, and if I was interested we could go ahead and do the paperwork. On Sunday morning we drove from Miami to Live Oak, and without a doubt fell in love with the property. That is when I called Doug and told him I was ready to purchase the land. From there we drove down to Gainesville and Met Al Jean in their office and in less than 45 Minutes we were done with all the paperwork. I honestly have to say that this has been the BEST buying experience I have ever had. Talk about easy, fast and best of all feeling completely comfortable. The process was easy they explain everything to you they give you a welcome packet specifically for your land with all Key phone numbers and places you may like to visit. As far as the land you go out and do your inspection and they answer any questions that you may have pretty easy definitely recommend doing business with this company.
