Buyer Beware! I purchased a truck for 42k cash. The truck needed the entire DEF system and exhaust replaced. Plus, the transmission put it into limp mode after Two weeks. The truck was a lemon. Then, I posted about my experience on here and I get a call from the sales manager. He offered to pay for the cost of the issues if I sent him the paperwork. Then, exceeded to tell that isn't how they do business. I lost it at that point. After spending 3k at Enterprise Rent A Car waiting for my truck at Dave Sinclair. There are other dealership. Heed my warning. It seems they somehow managed to get Google to takedown my first review. Buyer beware! Go elsewhere. I can't tell you this enough.

Great dealership and people. Service advisor asked me if I needed anything else checked out on my car and if I had any questions during my service appointment. She deserves a pay raise.

Couldn't make a deal there. Same old story. Your vehicle a piece of junk, their vehicle the best there was. No compromise here. We left.

Just purchased a vehicle with the fresh start program. I applied online and the next day I was surprised when Jim Butler was eager to earn my business. I dealt with Shane Boyer, a very upfront and brass tacks kinda guy. He asked what I was looking for and was quick to meet all of my needs. With my credit in repair I was just amazed I was able to deal with a dealership rather than a place like Car Mart, AND that they were so willing to meet my needs. As soon as I had my down payment in hand Shane took care of everything and I'm now in my new vehicle. Not impressed with centrailia dealership will not reccomend to anyone! Car was transferred from Linn I came alone and didnt appreciate the way they treated me as a woman Salesmam pretty much laughed when I told him tires had to be replaced on his unit He said oh their fine they had 38,000 miles on them After I told him I will be trading brand new tires I expected the same on anything i bought !! He knew this was important to me and chuckled about it Owner laughed when I told him 8500 was an insulting offer on my car He couldnt afford to put New tires on and leather interior Tried telling me it had 3 accidents. Not!! I walked out Next day I purchased a like vehicle with 37,000 miles on it with Brand New Tires in pristine condition no dings or nicks or old tires!!! I was given 11,000 for my car New tires on one I purchased Leather to be installed soon as it arrives! I owe 10,900 they both told me that was never gonna happen!!! Maybe not at centrailia but it did happen elsewhere and I was treated with utmost respect!!

My husband and I just bought a car through their fresh start program. We filled out the online application and had a call within a couple of hours. We spoke and worked with Kolby and Joan. We were able to come in and find the vehicle we needed, and the process was made completely painless. Kolby was very knowledgeable with any questions we asked, and Joan worked to make sure we knew and understood everything. We will 1000% be back.

We went up there to buy a car. I was expecting to not be approved but they were able to get me approved and I chose a car I just loved!!! Can not say enough good things about this place. They are amazing!!!! My car had brand new tires on it, detailed and full tank of gas.

My salesman was amazing! Steve helped as much as he could very knowledgeable! The only issue I had was with the finance guy in the dodge building. He drug his feet every step of the way what should have taken a few days took weeks. It's wasn't until I sat in the building pretty much all day to make him figure out what was going on did he finally put my paper work through to a financial place. But I hear that person is no longer there.

I called and spoke with Kent Travis in my search for a Jeep Grand Cherokee L. In this market it is hard to find a vehicle. Kent asked if he could call me back in 10 minutes.
