Always an intriguing time there; they go out of their way to make your transaction the most important task of their day. And, the step by step approach to their recent and newest adaptation to the 21st century does encourage one to see how this thing works. Good place.

They always have great customer service skills, and not very long wait times, when you have to go into the lobby. They always protect your information incredibly well. Which is great! My husband and I love our bank and would recommend it to anyone.

Operators are very kind and helpful. Sometimes very hard to get ahold of anyone other than an operator. Voicemails and emails don’t get responded to for multiple days.

I have been banking River Region for years and they are like working with family which means a lot to me. They have and will keep my business because they know my name and do their job VERY well. I love when Alyssa Large is at the window...I literally have no idea how she does my deposits and sends out the receipt so fast...it's like she already has it done before I give it to her. AAA+++ and a BIG thumbs up for my rating!

I would highly recommend RRCU to everyone! They are extremely professional, personable and kind! Alyssa and the ladies go out of their way to greet you upon your arrival and does whatever needs to be done to help you. Very nice and great loans and services. My only complaint is they have a very low ATM withdrawal limit which is quite frustrating at times. Thinking about going back to my previous bank because of this.

I just started banking with River Region Credit Union after having been with a small town bank my whole life. I have had a great experience. I was able to refinance my car with a lower interest rate AND lower monthly payments as well as being able to have a banking app for the first time which is super convenient. I really love the east branch in Jefferson city because of Kaitlyn and Alyssa. they are the best. they always give me great service and are always willing to help me with whatever I need. I can't wait to go back. I always go at least once a week to get some cash. keep up the good work.

The staff is helpful, friendly and always have smiles on their faces. Alyssa belped us when our account was hacked.. she went above and beyond to assist us, so much so she personally made phone calls to the places where the credit card had been used.! Everything was taken care of and cleared up!! I would recommend this bank to ALL my friends!!
