My parents have been with Jim for 30+ years and when I started looking for car and renters insurance for myself they were quick to recommend Jim. Getting signed up for everything was quick and easy and everyone on his team is so friendly and make it so simple. Really appreciate all that they do! Also, he never fails to send birthday cards every year :)

Excellent group of people to work with, very friendly and they genuinely care for your needs. Very easy to have a conversation with while doing the thing we hate the most... Kelly C. was my most recent contact and was fabulous! I have been with them for over three years and my premium has never changed other than when I add another toy. I am a licensed insurance agent in the motorcycle industry and still have them cover my bikes because it's cheaper and easier to bundle and the premiums stay the same price unlike the carrier I represent with!

I was really impressed with how easy they made the process of switching home and auto insurance. From the start the customer service was amazing, Kelly took the time to explain all of the coverage options and what some of the terminology referred to. The prices were really competitive and compared to a few other local companies they were the best.

By far the best insurance company and agent I have ever gone through. Kelly has been such an awesome help at answering all my questions and informing me about important things and coverages you should know about on my homeowners as well as car insurance when she has quoted me out that no other company or agent has told me. My husband and I have used the folks at Jim Abbatt Strilich State Farm for more than 20 years. Their customer service is always exceptional. They are always friendly and helpful when I call in with a question (I love that you actually get to talk to real people right here in the Twin Cities) they send birthday cards and even give a courtesy call if you accidentally forget to send in payment (that is TOTALLY my husband not me 😃). If you want an insurance agent that appreciates and works for you, these are the people you want to work with.

I've been with JAS (my nickname for their office) since 1990! The staff has always been helpful in guiding me with keeping my coverage updated to fit my current needs. They are knowledgeable yet never try to up sell. Every time I call Kris is super polite and professional even when I have a thousand questions 😀 I also look forward to the birthday cards and birthday videos every year!!!! I've never worked with Jim personally but I have worked with Kelly almost 5 years (minus 1month which I will explain) with Auto, Home and Life insurance. If you want quality service and amazing customer service, this is the place. I have been with State Farm for almost 12 years. By far, Kelly and Kris and the rest of the staff have the best customer service. I did leave them for 1 month specifically because I received a a great discount through my credit union. I decided to give them a try since they were cheaper.... I totally regret that decision! Other companies do not offer the attention to detail, prompt service and customer service that Kelly and Kris and the other staff offer. Insurance is not a commodity, it is a preventative measure that should be dealt with by the professionalism and expertise that this office offers. You may pay a little higher compared to other companies but you are paying for a real person that knows you by first name basis and will do above and beyond what you are asking.

I have been working with Jim and his office staff for 10+years now. They are great! If I ever forget, they always cal me before anything happens. It is such a treat to go to their office, they have this bin of little freebies. So many of their items have come in so handy. I got a little keychain measuring tape once, it came in perfect help so many times until my little son who loved it more than me broke it. But their customer service is the best there is.
