Dan is by far the best lender I have worked with!! I got introduced to him from another agent when I had a deal falling apart due to FHA financing on a manufactured home, which of course is hard to finance as it is. He was able to get the deal back on track and we were able to close within a short period of time with less closing costs than the other lender was charging! He is my choice lender and when I have buyers come to the table with their own lenders, there has been multiple occurrences where we have had to switch over to Dan because their lender was unable to get past hurdles that had arose. I have never had a deal not close with him. He always gets me out of pickles and he is my go-to lender!
