Had a great experience. Brian even went and picked up a car from another lot that I wanted to look at. I was in the market for an SUV and there were multiple choices, all low mileage and well maintained. Driving 3hrs from a remote area of the state I was grateful for being pre approved and having the my vehicle choices ready for test drive. I love my new SUV only 17,000 miles on it! In and out of dealership in 3 hours including test drives!

I definitely had a difficult situation to work with and didn't think I'd be approved for as nice of a car as I got. Robert Lyons was also incredibly helpful and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. They were both very patient in helping me with my situation and willing to assist me in finding a good deal as well getting me financed in a timely manner as I was kinda in a hurry. I'm in love with my car it's in such great condition and has very low miles! I'm so happy with my purchase! I have no complaints, I'm very glad I got to work with them 😊

Mark Auerbach made this the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. He was very responsive and we were able to purchase the car quickly. We were in the office less than 30 min. He also went out of the way to help me with all the registration delays. Mark and JFR are FANTASTIC!!!

I feel so grateful that my bankruptcy attorney referred me to JFR in Colorado Springs, where I was fortunate enough to work with Brian John. Not only does he have vast knowledge about cars, he gave me strategies to improve my credit scores rapidly that I would have never known.
