Jesse was easy to work with, and I didn't make it easy. I was first looking for a HELOC, which he normally doesn't focus on... then I ended up changing the loan type, then amount, then date, etc. He rolled with the punches, took the additional time, and stuck by us. Helped with getting corrections made and stood up to the lender for us. This wasn't an easy transaction and he handled it well.
