Bought a 2015 Mitsubishi outlander from them a week ago and it's probably one of the best cars I've ever owned! Not to mention the whole staff is super sweet and walked me through the whole process easily and quickly. If you are looking to support a wholesome mom and pop shop I suggest this place. There's no scams or sketchiness at all!

The process of buying a car was extremely simple, and I never felt like they were trying to charge me for things. It was my first time buying a car and the salespeople were helpful and honest. I was able to get absolutely everything set up and I LOVE my car. A few days after I purchased, I noticed some rattling and they had it fixed as soon as I mentioned it, at no extra cost to me. I went to several dealerships and they charge additional fees which were ridiculous but not this dealership. They also have a 6 month warranty on all vehicles. Best dealership. My experience with Jersey City Autoland has been great. 👍 Customer Service the way it should be. They say what they mean, And keep their word. Emily, my car agent was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Within a hour or so, I purchased and left with a beautiful 2014 Kia Sportage and purchased insurance right there; great price, great condition, clean and runs well. The break pads were a little worn. and JC Autoland took care of it the next day. The cars are worth the money. No scamming going on. Abdul and Emily are crooks and liars. Especially Emily !!. She has a very nasty attitude and she not customer service friendly. They sell you a dream and you leave with a lemon car and they don’t care at all nor due they return phone calls. They just want you to sign and drive off the lot. I would NOT recommend you buying your car here! I promise you that will regret it like I did.

Jersey City Autoland is an A M A Z I N G dealership. They treated us like family! They are helpful, they DO NOT have hidden fees, they are straight forward and transparent about the buying process. We had some concerns about the car brakes and Emily immediately offer to change them for us at no extra cost. We bought the car in 20 minutes!!! While the staff is friendly and courteous when you're on the premises they do not return courtesy phone calls or let you know of any progress. You have to be the one to call them. Could use a bit of improvement on the showmanship.

I came to this dealership earlier today with a friend of mine to check out a used Toyota Camry, I’m always skeptical of used car dealers there is usually something underhanded going on, I came in expecting they typical experience. I was pleasantly surprised the cars are priced fairly from the beginning. The customer service was beautiful, they service every car and do everything to make sure the inventory is in top shape. Best pre owned dealerships ever!!!! I will be back and I would recommend this place to anyone.

My wife has been looking for a first car for the past few months. She wanted a mini. Most of the dealers we encountered posted a price when we followed up they would inform us it needed thousands more for inspection. Luckily I found Abdul. An old fashioned honest car dealer. I live in Massachusetts he’s in NJ. I’ve never bought a car sight unseen from this sort of distance. He assured me the car was in top condition and it is. It arrived last night he’s processing the paperwork plates and all. Nothing I need to do. So to Jersey City Autoland I say thank you and happy holidays. In the spring I plan to contact them for a pickup and I’ve already referred another to them. Great job.

AUTOLAND JERSEY CITY KNOWS THEY S**T. GREAT BUSINESS. Easy buying process. Great communication. Honest. Family-Owned. What’s not to like? Emily deserves her flowers, she’s absolutely amazing. The mechanic knows his stuff, he even gave me parts to put on the car free of charge. Tim brings upon a great laugh with stories too!! If you’re not buying here then what are you doing? Came to this dealership to get my 2015 Chevy Tahoe. I love the vehicle. I was surprised in how well they tried to help me with my purchase. From the sales to the finance office it was a great experience. They made my sale go so fast and smoothly. I had some issues with my purchase and they went out of their way to rectify the issues. I DEFINITELY WOULD recommend them.

In 02/14/2022 I had the worst deal of my life, not a recommended place at all, got a ford explorer 2014. - had a brake failure after a week, the car was shaking so it appeared to be the engine mounts, in less than two weeks, - one of the wipers broke. -the sunroof window stopped working. -rear camera work and stop -no maintenance done for the car before they sell it Find another place or test drive the car several times and get a good mechanic with you while your buy it

Great service from everyone, honest people, got me in and out when buying my 13 mustang gt Edit: if I could give them zero stars I would, got my car home and realized that it was 4 quarts low on oil after being told that all fluids were checked which they obviously not oil was black. The clutch and transmission were done which was ok because it didn't really bother me to do that to the car After that I asked them since they "guarantee inspection" to get my catless car through. I was told that id be getting $300 for cats that cost $1000 and an inspection sticker no big deal. I've now had my piece of junk that's been falling apart for 3 months and no inspection sticker as well as them sending 250. motors hurt from their stupidity Wouldn't ever recommend this trash to anyone unless you're buying a Toyota Camry

⚠️ ATTENTION ⚠️ Emily is a Scammer, So Unprofessional..She Lies To Get Them Cars Off The Lot…We Went there For a $16,000 car just for her to say $20,000 kid you not it was A 2017 Car…Then she told us the whole car was Perfectly fine But Once We Asked for the CAR FAX there were bunch Of Accident that she herself wasn’t gonna tell us until we Asked…Then When We Went to Go test Drive the car..The Car wasn’t Bad At all But The Ac Wasn’t Working and When you start the Car It Shakes and The Ac Was Blowing Dust and It Was Hot Even after we waited for a while..and They Didn’t even let us test Drive it how we wanted they were RUSHING US..so we left the car..
