They are professional and give you the best prices on sales or loans..the shop is especially clean and sanitized...look in the window/look in the cases for special occasions:. believe me they keep very unique and beautiful jewelry, watches, etc at.great prices. i highly recommend them for all your pawn shop needs.

I came in to sell a laptop that was worth $450. I was open to negotiation. The guy I spoke with was very rude and offered $50 for it. I found that insulting and the customer service terrible so I took the computer and recently sold it to someone else for a little under $400.

Lots of smiles till its time to make the deal..Had an employee there discussing with other employee in Spanish to low ball me.. Fortunately for me I spoke Spanish

I appreciate tho whole family as they coached me and showed me the proper way to pawn and understand the payments. They were very patient Manny took care of me very well and showed me the way to do proper business I definitely recommend this jewelry family to anybody that I know and I have known this family for more than 10+ years and it’s been nothing but good experiences from them .

Overall a great experience! The staff, especially Manny, were extremely friendly, explained the process and very customer service driven. The shop itself is very clean with great items at great prices. Many times intimidation is part of the pawn shop experience but NOT here the staff actually made it fun. The store and the entire staff and owner are so awesome. They made me a life time customer based on my experience here. I highly recommend this establishment!

The person I dealt with was extremely professional and also friendly. We spoke about his dog and also about my medical conditions. At 72 and having g quadruple bypass, covid, swine flu ,both hips replaced as well as arthritis in my spine I still go an the treadmill fir at least a mile each time and 2 to 3 miles on the bike. I'm trying to get to 140.

As I walked in, I was amazed of how nice it was and the woman behind the glass was super courteous and nice. The owner is engaging and would buy or pawn my items here because they are truly honest. If you’re buying go to them and see the unique items they have. My eyes were bigger then what I had so I’ll definitely be back!! Thank you for your honestly and sincerity.

I came here to get rid of some old coins I had got from my grandfather because I was in a bit of a bind. Everyone at the shop was super nice and they did a full breakdown on how much they would pay for each coin. Not only good prices but I was surprised at how cool the shop is on the inside. Lots of cool stuff in the store and I would definitely recommend this place over others in the area. Will be back in the future

Considering all the positive reviews I decided to give this place a shot. I came in to sell a tablet and spoke with a young man that unfortunately was very condescending, rude, and wasted my time just to low ball me a ridiculous number so I took my business elsewhere and got the number I deserved.
