Jennifer and her team answered all questions quickly and efficiently. They were all warm and encouraging. Jen, specifically, anticipated most of my questions and spent the time to explain some of the more complex answers more than once. Most importantly, though, she's a wonderful person and treats your interests as her own. No matter what happens in the future, I know Jen will have my back if I need her.

The reality is...in this market you need a lender like Michael Taylor and his team that is on call Saturday night, all weekend, and anytime of the day to get the house you are aggressively after. We tried another lender and their 9 to 5 hours did not cut it in this housing market and we lost bid after bid. Jennifer's communication and transparency were excellent throughout our purchase process, from the beginning when we were making offers on houses all the way through our closing.
