Very patient and great communication during the home buying process. As first time buyers, we didn’t know what to expect. Mario and his team at NMF kept us updated throughout the entire process and helped us closed on time (4 weeks from offer!). All documents were handled electronically which was nice and convenient. As info, we worked with another lender prior to switching to NMF and was told closing could take 6-8 weeks in lieu of COVID.

Mario was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions to a level we could understand. We were first time home buyers and it made us feel very comfortable with the process and going with NFM as a lender over any other options.

Mario is great about follow up and communication with you as a buyer. There were a couple small bumps in the road as there was a little lack of communication within his team. But anytime something came up he was fast to get on the phone and help us work through our concerns. I would absolutely recommend Mario to any other first time home buyers!
