Jeff and his team did an outstanding job securing an excellent rate when we refinanced our home. Everything went smoothly and the process was completed in a timely manner. We were very satisfied with their work.

Dan clearly articulated the process of refinancing and understood every question and concern I had along the way. He was always available and responsive. In addition, Dan was proactive in keeping me updated and informed as things progressed through the refinance process. He was extremely professional and actually went out of his way to get me the best rate possible and advised me on when to lock, based on his industry knowledge. I still cannot believe how smooth and stress-free Dan made it.

They didn't listen to what I wanted for a mortgage. They didn't pay attention to my down payment or that I would be paying closing costs and kept using a higher amount to figure out our mortgage. It took many, many tries to get them to use the figures I provided. The repeatedly asked for information that I had provided. They tried to get me to pay more flood insurance than what the house is worth. They gave me a commitment letter and then asked for more information the day before we were to close saying we couldn't close without it. I had to go over line by line to make sure that everything was correct, because one copy I signed said one thing and the next day the a credit was removed. They did put it back again on the day of closing. It was a needlessly stressful process.

Eric was fantastic throughout the whole process. He is always a phone call away if necessary, and always has or can get the information you need. Highly recommend using his services.
