The first was the origination of a mortgage on my home and the second was a refinance of the mortgage which incorporated a home equity loan with the original mortgage at the amazing interest rate of 2.99%. It's been about five years since I worked with Eric to secure a loan for my first home. He was recommended to me by my real estate agent. I recall that as a first-time home-buyer, he made the process as easy as possible.

Eric and his team were not focused on our refi. It took approximately 7 months to get done. I had to file documents multiple times because "they expired". I had several conversations with Eric about this and he kept giving me excuses for the delays. At the closing, we could hear him in another room having a phone conversation, but he never came in to introduce himself or say hello. I will never use him nor would I recommend him to anyone.

I financed/refinanced mortgages multiple times with Eric and his team and they have been prompt, efficient, and responsive every time.
