We worked with Jeff in 2012 and again in 2014 to finance our home. Jeff asks all the right questions the first time you meet with him. He helped us understand his process and was very responsive in all communication. He helped us find loan solutions for our budget and helped find us a credible contact in 2014 to help us adjust our loan. Jeff is willing to help even when their is not any compensation value for him. He values personal relationships over business. I have also witnessed Jeff in action with the community non profit organizations that he supports and helps run. He has a big heart that encourages others to do more for nonprofits.

This was our third time to purchase a house, and our only regret is that we didn't have Jeff on our side for the first two! We required creative financing and had a tight budget and time constraints. Jeff and his team were able to get us into a house despite these limitations when other lenders couldn't. They care about their clients beyond the sale and give back to the community in meaningful ways, which my wife and I love. We are clients for life!

Jeff is a great broker. He went above and beyond to help us through the process of purchasing our first home, a process which took close to six months. Throughout that time, he was not only helpful and diligent in getting us materials in a timely manner, but he was also patient to walk us through the process and explain things as we went along. It really felt like we had a true advocate, and we have recommended him to friends on multiple occasions. To wit: our home-buying process was a psychotic roller-coaster ride that included lending agencies closing for business on the eve of the approval process, dream homes being snatched away at the last minute, and a grueling process of verifying and re-verifying and re-re-verifying financial data. Through it all, Jeff was there to reassure us and keep us on track. He's the boss. I'm giving him four stars in the same way that the Amish intentionally quilt one square out of place: I don't want to tempt the wrath of God by inferring any untoward perfection on Jeff's part.

Jeff was able to handle the unique income we have as self employed people, and when no one else could figure it out, he got approval within 12 hours! And he secured us a crazy good rate! Thank you Jeff and team!
