NFM was instrumental in getting me into my first home in a very hot market. I recently changed states and was unemployed or temping for a lot of the pandemic but this factor that was a dealbreaker for several other lenders was not a problem for NFM. Chase at NFM talked me off several ledges during the frustrating search and offer process, and even made a call to the seller's agent to impress upon them that I was a safe bet! Joanne did a great job walking me through the post offer process, and even when some small snags came up we were able to get them resolved quickly and with a minimum of pain. Jessica helped me get cleared to close so quickly I was amazed. Oleg and his team worked magic for me and I couldn't be happier!

Great company to work with. When I started my home search, I applied for a home loan with a different company and it was a nightmare. Every day they needed more and more paperwork to be submitted and I had to reach out several times to get the pre approval letter. With Oleg, I was able to get all the paperwork in in just one day and after another day or two I got my pre approval along with the letters and everything else I might need.
