SCAM. OVERPRICED. If I could give it a zero star I would. These people are so incredibly rude. I bought a ring from this store and they had falsely advertised the size. I had bought it to surprise on our wedding day at the alter but when I put it on his finger in front of my FRIENDS AND FAMILY I could barely get it half way down his finger. I cried about it my whole wedding day and had to have my family calm me down. We went to a shop the next day and got the same size that was advertised to us and it fit his finger perfect thank god. When I had bought the ring I wasn’t warned or told in anyway I would be unable to get a refund but when I got back from my honeymoon and tried to return it the guy in the back was incredibly rude and pointed at the smallest sign near the back that said In small words no refunds. He then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing he can do for me. Waist of $330 ring.

Place is crammed so full of items you can barely walk, everything is overpriced, beat up used stuff for more money than new. Everything decent is marked "Not 4 Sale"

Ive been calling since Thursday Aug 17-Aug 20. So far no one has answered the phone. Great business buddy!

Jay's Pawn Shop was a great experience. Very nice people, had what I was looking for. Also good price for item I bought.

The best damn pawn shop in the area. This guy is awesome, I bought $300 worth of movies for $15 and some turtle beach headphones for $10 people are tripping if they don't like this place

Hes always been Fair on the prices and he is extremely lenient on the time that you have to pick the item up. multiple times he allowed my girlfriend to pay just the fee for the item and the interest when she was multiple days late on picking up an item. most other places would have sold it and made a buck, he is honest and the best pawn shop that I've ever used by far

This place sucks. Dude definitely shouldn't own a pawn shop. He's a jerk

More than reasonable. He is honest and does what he can to get you what you need out of the pawn. The shop is stacked with all kinds of great stuff. It a great local business and I recommend it over any shop in the area.

Walked into the shop to have the owner tell me "We are closed". All the shop lights were on, the Open sign was on, and the door was open. The shop looked like a disorganized garage sale. Will not be coming again, since they would rather refuse a customer then let them even take a good look around.
