I had applied to around 5 other lenders and even reached out to family friend in the business, none were able to provide a better interest rate. As a first time home buyer Jay was extremely helpful in walking me through the process and communicated well through the process. I was able to close on my home with plenty of time using a VA loan and the entire lending side of the process went seamlessly. I'd recommend for traditional loans but especially if you are using a VA loan and want to have a competitive closing timeline.
