We went in to buy a used vehicle. Ryan greeted us got us in a great vehicle and at a great price! Will for sure go through him from now on! Now 2 weeks after purchasing our used vehicle our check engine light went on and I was left stuck on the side of the road. After having it towed the dealership(with Ryan’s help) got us a rental vehicle and fixed our car only charging us our deductible for the warranty we have. Would 100% do business with them again.

Total # of Days I Drove My New Purchase without Issues = 1 Total # of Times I Have Been Promised to Receive a Phone Call from a Manager = 3 That in itself should say enough. But 2 hours after leaving with the truck the check engine light came on. Since that moment we are approaching two weeks and any feedback on what is going on has come from me contacting them. That coupled with the fact that the loaner go kart they put me in has broke down 4 times would lead most to believe that several vehicles they have are just junkers. Buyers be warned.

I drove about a hundred miles to look at a truck at this dealership. The staff there were so friendly, especially our salesman Rick Stover. The truck itself was at one of their other dealerships about 30 minutes away, but they brought it to us. It was a beautiful day and we had nothing else to do so we just wandered around the lot looking at all their other offerings. Although I was planning to purchase the truck, they didn't put any pressure on me or try to rush me along. Rick and I both are close in age so we were able to chat easily. The finance guy was just as nice and easy going. I hope to get many, many years out of this truck but next time I'm on the market for a vehicle I will definitely check their inventory first. I've been telling all my friends about this dealership. They even sent me a gift in the mail as a thank you for being their customer. You don't see that kind of personal care at many dealerships these days. Check 'em out, it's worth the drive out to Sparta, TN.

We called and agreed with the sales person to purchase a vehicle. We sent them all of the requested information, we had insurance put on the vehicle and agreed that we would be there first thing in the morning to pick it up. There was apparently no communication between the sales person and anyone else in the dealership because the sales manager proceeded to sell the car to a different individual later that evening. They were very apologetic about the situation, but it was very unprofessional. We will not be purchasing anything from this dealership.

Horrible experience. Salesman assured us that reasons lights on dash were on would be fixed. As we got truck late Fri night, calked service Monday morning to be told earliest would be a week from Tuesday morning. Got there 1st thing Tuesday morning only for it to take 2 days for them to even diagnose it, two days giving us runaround & a week of avoiding us and never once did anyone return a phone call. The exhaust leak was a 2hr job according to them. Yet after having truck for over a week it still hadn’t been fixed. They demanded following Monday that I remove my negative reviews or they wouldn’t fix it at all. Luckily there was no valid contract in place even though they had my daughter sign two and wanting a third. So Tuesday we came in morning to empty the truck of personal possessions. Everyone in service office acted like they had no clue about the truck. While we were getting last things sales manager texts my daughter claiming truck is being brought into shop to finally be fixed, which we knew to be a lie as we were right there with the truck. Once we got off property we asked for the money back, which they did that afternoon. From all the lies, continual avoidance & deflection from multiple managers, we were beyond frustrated. It was clear they had no desire to honor their word, be truthful or concern to resolve issue. After talking with others and other dealers, we’ve yet to find anyone that had anything good to say about this dealer. Even though I liked the truck & could still reconsider keeping it, who wants to do any business with someone you can’t trust or feel like as a customer, your happiness with a purchase is a priority. All I can say is do research prior to considering dealing with them. And get everything in writing prior to signing financial contracts because they will not honor anything verbal. And we reached out to at least a half dozen managers. Even tried talking with Jason Lewis to get this resolved because all we wanted was to have honored what salesman promised. Rest we would have taken responsibility for as we didn’t realize the other defects until after we took possession. So on us to not fully check over vehicle.

If a zero star option was available, that's what I would give this experience. I had called this dealership today about a specific 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 Long Horn that we were looking to purchase. I was connected to Jacob in sales, who said that the truck I was interested in was available and that he would see us at 6 that same day. I emphasized that I wanted to call in advance because we would be driving 2 hours to see it and wanted to make sure it would be there. Upon arriving, it took a considerable amount of time for multiple employees to even find Jacob. He then tried showing us an SLT, and when we told him that wasn't the truck we called about, he said that truck wasn't there anymore and that it was sent to auction the day before. We reminded him that he confirmed the availability earlier in the day. He then blamed his manager, saying his manager told him it was there, instead of taking accountability for his own fault. When a customer calls about the availability of a vehicle, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are communicating correct information. We were lied to, and wasted several hours of our time to see a truck that wasn't even there, after being told that it was specifically still available on the lot. This was the most unprofessional dealership that either of us has ever had the displeasure of setting foot in. Upon further investigation, the truck that they were going to try to sell us was $10,000 more than the one we specifically wanted to see. We feel as though we were lied to and taken advantage of and that they only set this appointment to trick us into purchasing a more expensive truck.

Called there to look at a used car I saw in Car Gurus. They promptly brought the car in from another of their stores and had it there when I arrived, very accommodating. Heather and Mike were great to deal with. No pressure or games we pretty quickly came to a deal. Fair offer on my trade in. I drove 50 miles to check out the car and they made it worth my while. I have been buying cars for 40 years and without a doubt this was the most pleasant one I have been party to. I will definitely be going back when my other car is due to be replaced. I definitely recommend checking this dealership out when you are considering a vehicle purchase. Very satisfied with this purchase experience.

Outstanding service from the service guys and Colbin Jones at Jason Lewis in Sparta! Brought my 2018 Ram in for the 4wd that wasn’t working and another dealer said it needed a new differential. The team at Jason Lewis listened to me and diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in one day by only changing the 4wd actuator. Thank you for actual being a mechanic and finding the problem instead of just changing parts to try to find the problem.

Purchased a 2017 Ford F-350 from them had it for 3 months within that time had to put new brakes and front rotors on the truck it started blowing oil out exhaust had to install new ccv filter then the cp4 pump went out cost me my entire fuel system at $9,000 dollars after paying $48,000 for the truck they offered no help on anything because it was supposedly wear items and I thought a larger dealership like that sent there vehicles through inspection…obviously not or would have cought the brakes I didn’t have it a month and the front was metal to metal the warranty is a joke also it wouldn’t pay for anything either all in all won’t buy another from them

Brought my truck in for what I thought was a pretty significant repair - had a serious tick in my engine bay and expected that a cam shaft and lifters would be needed. The team did a great job analyzing the problem and found a leak in the exhaust manifold that was causing the issue. A new gasket, bolt, and a significantly cheaper bill than I expected...and we'll ahead of all promised deadlines. I will be back for sure!

Ok, to start off, found a used truck here haggle to a great price, we had an excellent salesman Alan, he was professional, patient with us ( boy was that hard), also big shout out to Shawn.. So we buy the truck, great truck by the way, get it home and drive it to Georgia and back. On the way back. Had an issue with it. Not only did they fix it in record time, they didn't charge me for it. I knew it was as is, but I had it for a week, they stepped up big time and made it right. Great dealership, one of the few left that aren't part of a larger automotive group. They will get you in and out quickly when buying a vehicle there and the service is very personable.

Our lease broke down on the way to visit family several hundred miles away from home. Our closest option was Jason Lewis. The sales people there were friendly, understanding, and professional, but the service department was dreadful. We went almost week having to call these ppl for updates to our vehicle and they had no care for the fact we were only in the area for the week. Every conversation up until the end was "We don't know what's wrong with it. We don't know when it will be looked at closer. We don't know if it will be done before you leave." We even called and left a message with the receptionist to speak with the general manager. When we finally spoke to someone again, we were told we couldn't speak to the general manager and that we were assigned someone already to handle our service. We were told by our leasing agent to speak to the general manager about an early release from our lease, which was up in less than two months, and possibly getting a new vehicle from them....Hands down one of the worst experiences ever from a dealership....a review can't even put it into perspective....BTW our lease was a Chrysler vehicle and it was under full manufacturer warranty....the service at this place is a joke!
