I wasn't happy with what I saw today,I came to purchase some coin at the Bitcoin machine and I was unable to scan the barcode and no one there could help me out that's bad of you..

I went into the store in Sparta just to see about the process of sending a western union to my son in Knoxville for future reference.. The lady working was super helpful and she seemed absolutely genuinely eager to help, I told her I would be back later or another day to send the money. Lovely staff.

Krista did a good job at helping me with all that I needed. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the products! Highly recommend giving the sparta store a visit .

Highly Recommend! The staff knew a lot about flexloan, western union, and prepaid card services. They were able to answer all of my questions and had me laughing the entire time. GREAT TEAM!!

Such a friendly staff. I walked in confused and had a ton of questions about the flex loan and not once did they get frustrated with me. They were very helpful and I will definitely recommend them to friends.

I absolutely love this store! Just recently went to get my monthly money order for my electric bill & I was informed by Britnee that they are able to pay my bill straight from their system that day! She was so kind! Another time, I went I spoke with Heather because I was having difficulty with a western union, she completely took all the stress off of my shoulders and had everything figured out within 15 min! Advance Financial will always have my business, thank you girls for always being so understanding!

Such a great staff!!! They all seemed like they were on top of it! When I came in to get information about their flex loans and check cashing fees they were very helpful, informative, polite, and it was very refreshing to know that there is still good customer service out there!!! Would definitely refer anyone that I know!

Always talk to the same lady, her name is Jamie and she is so sweet! And super great at holding conversation. She has such a great personality.

i live in indiana but my dad jus went up to this store advance finance in sparta tn to send me western union because i ran out of gas and i was having trouble picking up the money at walgreens up here cus my dad was confused and the lady working at your store that helped my dad told my dad she would talk to me and the guy helping me at walgreens if needed to try and get things situatied and when the guy at walgreens couldnt help me because of his computer messing up i was still talking to your worker and she asked me what part of indiana i was in so she could find another western union location close by for me to go to so i could pick up my money. . she was very sweet and i just wanted to say THANKS for helping me out or i would still be on side of the road with no gas my dad said her name was kaitlyn and i just want to give another thanks again
