Definitely not happy with this place right now. I bought a used Nintendo DS with several games for approximately $80. The system wasn't charged so I couldn't test it in the store, but I was assured it worked. I got home and charged it up and found that many of the buttons didn't function. Upon returning to the pawn shop, I was told that they'd take the system back and exchange it so they offered me several other systems. Unfortunately, these other systems were all more expensive and required more money on top of what I already paid. What's worse is they immediately took the broken DS before I even agreed to the exchange and stuck it back on the shelf for resale! If you buy from here, make absolutely sure you test everything out before you hand over your money because its very clear that the people behind the counter are eager to screw you over.

The owners (Lisa & Wes) are very knowledgeable on there merchandise and was really helpful helping my son with autism picking out some games that he really wanted . My wife and I cant say enough good things about them.

Very rude customer service will cuss and disrespect customer's I would rather drive farther to buy something than give this place a dime I wouldn't recommend this pawn shop to anyone you want good customer service and great prices go to Cookeville stay away from these rude disrespectful people
