I recently applied for a mortgage with Jason and his team and it was such a great, smooth experience. Everything about it went quite fast and smooth. Being a first time home buyer, I was looking at the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) first time home buyer programs to see what programs I might qualify for. Jason's team came up as highly recommended not only on IHDA's webpage but from other clients as well. The application process was easy and straight forward. I was quickly pre-approved. They were patient and quickly answered any questions I had. The actual loan application process was also easy and fast. Jason answered my questions throughout the process and kept me informed of what was going on. Got the clear to close just recently and looking forward to closing on my new home next week. Jason's team was first rate, prompt, knowledgeable and helpful. I am happy I was able to work with them.

Wintrust mortgage provides an online portal to upload all of the documents needed to organize your file and provides an explanation as to why they need it. My schedule is very busy so this was great for me as I could upload the documents electronically from anywhere at a time that worked best for my schedule. They are very responsive and work with you through text at any time if needed as well. I can truly say that Jason and his team went above and beyond to meet our needs and we are very very pleased.
