Jarod and Holly are AWESOME! Every other great review out there is 100% spot on, and the VERY few poor reviews can be traced back to purchaser issues, NOT the Fairway team. Jarod and Holly were exceptionally professional, fast, friendly, responsive... I could go on with positives and not a single negative. We went to them with 45 days until our desired closing date and they made it happen with ease and efficiency. They are an in-house lender and NOT a broker.
