We've been told in the past by mortgage consultants that if they hear of a program that better suits our needs they will contact us. Dan Aragon was the first to actually follow through with that statement. Our initial contact with Dan was over a year ago, so I was pleasantly surprised when he called about a new reverse mortgage program for aged 55+ home owners. Loans of any type can be long complicated stressful process, so was grateful for Dan's professionalism and putting up with all my questions and frustrations! He got our loan done in a reasonable amount of time and we now have an added peace of mind, thank you!

Dan at Janus Mortgage was able to perform miracles and refinanced my home while I was in a current Chapter 13. So many others had told me it was impossible but Dan made it happen! Big shout out to Dan for helping us refinance our house. We were forced to file a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, because of a bad HERO loan that caused us to fall behind on our house payments. Dan Aragon of Janus Mortgage is heaven sent. We were in a Chapter 13 protection because of a botched modification loan handled by another mortgage broker. We have an ARM with Ocwen and our rate have climbed up to 6.50. With all the mortgage brokers we got in touch with, only Dan got the help we need.
