Chase Bank El Camino Real, Carlsbad

Had an excellent experience with Julie Murray at this location. I made an appointment to complete a Medallion Signature Guarantee, and was contacted by Julie the morning of my appointment letting me know she was unable to complete the process. Julie then called around to her colleagues and found a chase personal banker that was working that day and able to complete the process for me. Fantastic customer service!

Do not use there ATMs and never use Chase bank. A family friend used the ATM and it didn’t deposit it correctly, this was ten days ago they did not provide a credit while they investigate or make it seem like a priority. I was with him when the phone when they informed he that they will twice and it’s been almost a week now and he still doesn’t have any of his $760 deposit. Christmas is in three days. This bank is responsible for ruining Christmas for a family. They couldn’t even keep him updated and he had to call multiple times to see if they even started the claim or investigation.

Chase Auto Finance mismanaged and bungled my VW emission buyback. They stole the money that I was rightfully due, I spent over 12 hours of my life on the phone with all their useless, snippy and sometimes downright unpleasant 'Customer Service' reps. ALL of whom, upon reviewing my account, admitted that CHASE failed to do the most basic addition and subtraction on my Auto loan. Since no reps would help me in the slightest on the phone, I went to my local branch. I sat down with the Asst. Manager and showed my evidence. He also admitted that CHASE was the one at fault, not the customer who has never missed a payment. Completely destroyed my financial stability, lost my housing, then job and finally personal life. I will NEVER use Chase ever again and urge anyone reading this to open an account with a local bank or credit union. These corporate crooks are parasites that feed on blue collar society. P.s. if you have ANY chase account, make sure to opt out of the MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION before August 7th!! They are forcing it upon all customers in order to continue stealing at will.

I like the bank, lots of fees but Reason I give one star is ATMs are ALWAYS BROKEN. Yay its the closest branch is worthless if I have to go in to bank and sign slips talk to a teller etc.

The people there are so nice! I had a problem with my account, and they dropped everything they were doing just to help me out! Great services for a bank! :)

Busy branch but very accommodating! We don't often use Chase but we have accounts and loans with them. We needed some help today with notarized signatures and they squeezed us in with no appointment and just before lunch. They were very courteous and helpful… They even gave the kids some candy to keep them happy while the grown-ups talked. Alexander was especially helpful! Thanks!

Showed up at the bank a minute before 4pm to do a withdraw. In walking up to the door I got a horrendous attitude from one of the employees. I couldn't catch her name beforehand but she was blonde and extremely underweight where she looked frail and sick. Seems the employees are uninterested in helping and would much rather go home.

I have been coming yo this branch for a few years now. Everyone knows me by name and takes good care of me. I love this branch! I don't get this quality of service at any other bank or branch!

Very accommodating and helpful. The bankers are open to questions and take your situations seriously.
