Early in the process they sent us lists of “What to expect”, Tips For a Smooth Transaction”, “Things to Avoid During the Process” and a lot of other helpful and pertinent information. They were in constant communication during the process and actually communicated after the purchase was complete, just to check on us and make sure that everything was going as planned. Jamie and his Team were just Fantastic! I reached out to Jamie about the beginning of March and I'm glad I did. He always kept me informed as to what was going on and the WHY, which was a big help. The communication and quality information he provided really made this an easy process. Both Jamie & Josh Cooley have a outstanding customer service. Very personable, and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy our issues. This is the second time dealing with them. First, Jamie went out of his way to help my daughter get her first home. I was impressed that way he handled all the paperwork, and more impressive was that he was there at the closing for her. This is why we chose him for our home equity loan. Both Jamie and his brother Josh went out of their way to help us get the right loan in order to put in pool, and outdoor kitchen at our home. We communicated frequently by email, or by phone which I greatly appreciated. You usually get a reply immediately day or night. I highly recommend these guys, and look forward doing future business.
