My first time to ever pawn anything but I needed some cash. Kim the assistant manager was very warm ,friendly and helpful. She was very fair in handling the pawn and gave me options about monthly payments. I’m a retired guy and disabled veteran. I’m thankful when anybody shows patience and kindness to me. I will definitely use their services again and stop by from time to time and shop!

Went shopping for a used laptop , look at all pawn stores. This was the worst customer service of all of them. Employees with a I DONT CARE attitude ; no warrantee like all the other stores that you can return in 24 hours if it is defective.

I put a Ryobi tool set on layaway i went back a month later to get it out and they had already pulled it from my layaway and gave it to someone else. This place is full of crooks. I will not ever buy anything else from this place again. I live across the street and i still will not go to this place again. I would not give them any star's if it would let me. The whole staff at this store are rude and very unprofessional.

Marcos helped us when we got my son's Xbox 1. He's a great sales person. We had an issue with the Xbox, brought it back & he fixed the problem immediately without hesitation! I also got my son's ps4 here and the lady that helped me was absolutely amazing!

Putting one star because it doesn’t allow me to put zero. this place is a total rip off. I was out of town on Friday layaway was due on Saturday. Called in on Monday couldn’t make it before closing time. came in on Tuesday and they had sold both layaways. Even spoke to gentleman on Monday told him I’m working on Monday might not make it in till Tuesday. Did not offer a refund kept over $125. Don’t waste your time shopping here there are other better pawn shops in Temple area that will work with people that can’t make it in on the exact date of payment

I Went to this facility to buy jewelry. I had gone with a friend who medically couldn’t wear a mask and they refused to give us service. After explaining he medically couldn’t they then suggested that they could sell to us Outside. Not only was this illegal this was discrimination against those who are differently abled.

Marcos and his team are great people give top dollar for whatever you bring longest it meets standards. Haven't had a complaint because I also understand they have bills and employees that work for a living. So you can't expect to get what you paid for it pawn shops don't work like that sorry. But hands down recommend this location to anyone looking to pawn stuff

Friendly but they're trying to sell a used guitar for $300 that is $180 brand new. Definitely not coming back.

Used to love coming here until they jacked up the price on an 80 dollar item to 120 and due to signing a lay away contract was forced to forfeit my down payment. Shady business tactic. Have lost my business forever
