Well this company WAS impressive. I have really bad PTSD and I got angry with Alicia because she wouldn’t give me the check they said I could have because my truck was in the shop. So I called district manager and Alex said that he could give me the check but now doesn’t wasn’t to because he didn’t like my attitude. I tried to apologize and tell Alex that I have bad anger issues due to being deployed overseas for three combat tours, he just blew it off and proceeded to tell me that everyone has anger problems. Never once said thank you for your service or anything to treat me (a veteran) decent. He didn’t care. I hate this company. I don’t know how they can say “I could give it to you but I’m not because I don’t like your attitude”. Keep in mind now, I have made every payment on time. So why tell someone they can have some money and then just say no because of any reason he saw fit.

They were really nice and helpful to me. They helped get rid of my title max loan and also helped me get the money I need to get back on track.
