Rude, will low ball and try to take advantage of you. Offered me $150 for what others offered $600-750. Can't help but to think he thought I was either unintelligent or just a push over.

Rob you were very friendly when I bought my 4-heart pendant. Also very satisfied with the Black and Decker sander. Although, I took the pendant to the local jewelry store, Roth Jewelers and the owner said it wasn't Black Hills Gold and that it was tri-colored gold. Is there any chance I could return it for cash back or trade for something equal value if you have any Black Hills Gold? Again, thank you for your professionalism and friendliness as being a business owner.

Vintage pawn shop have some nice things inside but, the guys that own it are a bit shysty tried to trick me into buying a piece of silver that was no where near it's worth.
Ma'am, Silver is approximately $17 per ounce, GOLD is approximately $1,300 per ounce.... You were given a price on WHITE GOLD!!! ....NOT Silver! Trick?? Really?? Many customers confuse silver with white gold or platinum, Jack's has 2 pieces of silver out for sale, a rosary and a kilo proof coin... We are sorry for your confusion.
