I would give zero if I could them forcing people to wear the mask but anywhere else you don’t have to wear the mask to get in when you are vaccinated they lost my business very unprofessional workers here
Howdy James, Thank you for getting vaccinated! Throughout the pandemic Pawn King has been following CDC recommendations. As such we haven't asked our customers to wear masks for a few months now. The sign on the door says "Masks recommended," and states if you would like one we provide them at no charge. Masks are not mandatory, we simply offer them as a courtesy for those who still feel more comfortable wearing one. No member of our staff had any interactions today regarding masks, so we are left to speculate that you got as far as the door. This was my first online firearm purchase so I wasn't really sure what to expect as far as the ffl or procedures. I chose Pawn King because they have the cheapest fee for this service. That aside, Frank was very informative and friendly and made the transaction as easy as pie. Through the door the staff there was super nice. I will surely return! Thanks guys!

Great customer service and low prices. Frank takes care of his customers. Ordered a firearm online and did the FFL transfer here for $25...which is $50 cheaper than Shoot Point Blank’s fee. Will do business here again.

**DO NOT SHOP HERE** I bought an item from them it looked like someone had opened the gps unit with a screw driver which probably was the previous owner. The issue is the battery doesn't work/charge. I called and explained that I drive over the road and got home a month after buying it and tested it for a week to get those results. They refused to refund me the $135 I spent on it. They don't make exceptions and aren't very customer friendly I advise anyone thinking of buying a product from here to go elsewhere.

Per the BUYA terms of service you have 14 days to return the item if there is something not right, or you just decide you don’t like the item. The item was delivered to you on August 8th. When you called our store you told the clerk on the phone that you had purchased the GPS while in the store, so she told you our in store policy accordingly. If you had identified the issue as an online sale, you would have been directed to the proper department to handle your problem. In every shipment the cover sheet for the invoice and packing slip gives you the contact information for our online resource manager. We take great pride in our customer care, and can in fact make exceptions if the issue is directed to the right place. Decent selection.. mostly expensive jewelry, instruments, cds/dvds and yard/tool equipment. Staff is the only reason for 4 star review.. otherwise it would be 2. The staff here is absolutely fabulous, helpful and friendly.

When an item is stolen and sold or loaned at any of our locations, getting the item back to you is as simple as reporting the item stolen, and coming in with a police report. Typically with a police report we can return your item at no cost to you. We have an amazing record of getting stolen items back to their owners, but we do need the proper paperwork to prove that it was your item. We apologize if your item has already been sold, but without a police report we simply have no way of knowing, which is why we stress that if something is stolen from you, report it to the police. We use a national database that uploads our records to state and local police departments, if the item is reported stolen, we make sure it goes back to it's proper owner. Although the item may be gone, we can still provide information that would be helpful to the police, should you report it as stolen, and we can make sure that the person who sold us the stolen goods can never do business with us again.
