Pretty good pawn shop, I go there and no where else but I had a little issue once and received a call from a wonderful women in Oakland she truly helped me and made me feel so much better I had been made to feel judged and that I couldn’t afford to get my things back but apparently it was a huge misunderstanding and she took care of everything. So definitely give them a thumbs up 👍🏼 Great people and nice items.

A++ Service. I live in FL. I placed an item on layaway and made payments all over the phone, and I received the best service during the whole process. Every agent I dealt with always gave quality service and made my business with them feel appreciated. I wish I knew the names of those that assisted through the process. After every payment they made it a priority to ensure I had copies of receipts, going as far as taking photos and emailing them. Thank you guys! Look forward to future business with them.

I would highly recommend this place. Friendly atmosphere, Along with great Staff. I bought a watch not long ago. It works amazing looks good too. The price was extremely reasonable as well.

Worst pawn shop i've ever been to. Senior person has less than a year experience in pawn. Gave me a loan for $275 for a full ar15.... but they are selling the exact barrel (only barrel, same brand btw no stock or reciever)in there showcase for $475. Under cut my gold, I have a necklace that weighs 28 grams, my receipt says 18 grams, Email me i will send a copy to you. [email protected] "Scam shop" at its finest......

Not good…definitely a one star even a zero me and my fiancé took a couple items down here and got only 25 bucks outta each item we brought in there not together but separate we then today bring a old record player in great condition and we asked for 80 they said they’d only do less then 10 dollars. FOR A ANTIQUE RECORD PLAYER. People come in and look for some antique stuff they would pay money for SERIOUSLY UP YOURE GAME YOUR LOSING VALUABLE CUSTOMERS CAUSE YALL DONT MAKE A GOOD OFFER.

I've purchased games, guns, ammo, guitars, amps, and much more from J&S, and most of what I've purchased has been brand new or in excellent used condition and still at an unbeatable price. I like J&S Because they everything you could almost ask for like so far I got an electric piano and a Xbox 1 with all hook ups and no problems. It's a really great place to shop at👌😉
