Awesome experience. Nick was emailing me and calling all day to make this purchase happen smoothly. He even delivered the car to my house because I didn't have anyone else to drive. Nick was extremely nice to deal with. I would highly recommend D&D. There customer service was top notch.

For many years, I have heard mixed reviews about purchasing a vehicle from D & D Motors. People have said, " oh they'll shut your car off if your even a day late." Or I've heard, "You'll pay triple the interest." I know many have heard the same kind of stories. But I am here to say...if you are in need of a good, clean, quality car with an affordable payment plan...then go see D & D Motors!!! After several years of headaches with vehicles, I decided I would see about it all for myself. I found a great little car...sporty, yet very affordable for a GREAT price!! I have never experienced such friendly and knowledgeable sales people and customer service folks as i have at D & D!! There have been a couple times, due to illness, where I wasn't able to pay on my due date. I called to see what could possibly be done. They were so helpful and understanding and we were able to come up with a solution for the payment AND keep my car running!! They have never failed to work with me the same as i have never failed to make my payments!!! Go check them out! As with any vehicle...if you take care of it, it will take care of you!! Sales, service, or the garage...they are all a class act!!! Thank you D & D!! I now have a reliable that I absolutely LOVE!!! By the way...it's a Mazda 3!! I highly recommend it!!!

Everyone was friendly and great to work with in helping me get the Truck that I wanted. They were very understanding and welling to work with my to get the right auto to fit my needs and my ability to make the payments. Nick was my sales person and he was very friendly and great at going over all the details of the purchase.

So far so good. Everyone was very nice and really helped me find the car that was perfect for me and my income. My credit sucks right now and it was hard for me to find someone to finance a vehicle for me with a low down payment but D&D made it work and had my back. And I'm backed by their 2 year warranty which I'm sure will come in handy!! There was a few minor things wrong with the car when I bought it but they fixed them for FREE because it was within the 30 day warranty that comes with EVERY VEHICLE you get from them. I've had nothing but good experiences from the D&D Motors in Barton MD. The garage and staff are great! If you need a vehicle and need to fix your credit this is the way to go! Thanks D&D Motors!! I absolutely cannot say anything bad about D&D Motors. The customer service is outstanding and everything about making payments and even purchasing your vehicle is straight forward and is as simple as it could be. I personally have had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from here and have never had any issues getting codes sent through or arranging payments later than scheduled if need be! Please give them a shot they won’t let ya down! They even do giveaways on their website what more could you ask for!!!

Bought multiple vehicles from them only one that was any good was from the Belair lot. Starting going to Bartons lot had tons of mechanical issues and multiple trips to the shop between transmission going out of the jeep I bought then finally got traded out of it into a van had it for maybe a week transmission went out on it yeah they fixed it but still. I sent it back after having it for a while. Now my husband went and bought a PT Cruiser and all its done is overheat and not stay running right and they don't want to make it right. Done called and tried and all they wanna do is cancel the contract or try to fix it which they obviously can't since it's been worked on 3 or 4 times. So now we are stuck with a car and payment instead of them just making it right. So I recommend if you are determined to buy from them go see Todd or someone from the Belair lot and really look over your vehicle before you make a final decision. And ask to see the carfax report because I didn't on my first ever purchase from them and I didn't get told until after I was signing papers the car was wrecked before then I was stuck and couldn't back out of the deal.

I went down here last weekend worked with the most amazing person Nicki I mean she was awesome I was so confused and didn’t really know what I wanted and she was so calm and collected got me a Mazda C3 and the entire staff was so efficient professional and made me feel like I was apart of the family. I truly swear by this place the home feel the level of comfort and attention to detail these people possess it’s hard to find people like this.

We had a great experience worken with Nick n the crew at DnD Motors, there inventory of vehicles was very nice. Everything is straight forward no fine print, no messing around. If you go with all the info you need they will tell ya then and there whats possible. Would recommend it any time

Curios that they will go out of their way to owner finance you a car, at high interest rates, but will not accept a cash payment on the asking price. I walked in to buy a car for my son, outright, cash. If I was to use cash, the price went up. I went home, did the math. They make more money from the financing , than they do the automobile itself. Shame is, it's legal. But I dare say, it's unethical, especially in today's tough times.

Nick at the Barton location was awesome!! He was very helpful, kind, and patient with my husband and I. He even took 2 hours out of his own time to detail the car before we drove off with it. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new "used" car. Payments are very reasonable and everyone there was soo nice. Definitely earns 5 stars from us.
