Such nice and helpful people... the shop and atmosphere is very friendly & tasteful. Also, very cool and interesting jewelry picked for their showcase! I was helped and treated nicely from start to finish and they were very reasonable, but mostly HELPFUL on helping to get me as close to what I needed as they could with plenty of assistance!

Called ahead of time because it was late Reese told me yes we can help you bring it in. This is a Bose surround sound 3-2-1 GS Series 3 that I have brought to them 2 other times and pawned it with no problems. There are a couple buttons missing but they took it anyway and didn't say a word. But this time he was very picky. I'm pretty sure Ms. Julie would've helped me but because of Reese they have lost my business and we we have dealt with them severaltimes. Not anymore. 👎👎👎👎👎

The 2 guys behind the counter that are always there are very nice and and are quite knowledgeable for young men I’d say. I stop by every so often and I’m always greeted properly.

I just want to say that Demi and Reece are the best. I bought a 10k Blue Topaz ring and it's absolutely stunning. The service I received was courteous, accurate, and prompt. I highly recommend them and will do business with them again.

I went to pawn an emerald bracelet. The young man who assisted me was polite, friendly and informative. Unfortunately, the older lady who I initially approached was downright rude. When I walked into the store and up to the counter she was dealing with another customer so I stood to one side, awaiting my turn. When my "turn" came, she turned from me and walked away. When the other associate called her over for guidance in setting a price, she didn't look at me or address me. The gentleman allowed that the bracelet would retail today for about $1100.00, yet I was offered $75.00 for it. I went to another company's New Orleans East location and received $200.00. They were ALL friendly there.

Staff are always pleasant and very helpful. Julie is an awesome person she will do whatever she can to help someone. I'd recommend this business to anyone I know.
