    I cash my checks her regularly I prefer cashing my checks here then at my personal bank. They ladies who work here are friendly. It’s normally never packed so it’s an in and out experience. They let me know all of my options and give me the best option that works for me. I would definitely recommend others.

    I was at the store in chalmette on Friday May 27,2022 to take money off my card when the sales person laquaita told me the system was down when it wasn't and I had to go all the way to the st claude location to find out she was lying and didn't want to work because she was watching TV on her phone when I walked in!

    Freda was awesome. I came in for assistance with my account being locked out and she had the patience of a saint with me, even with a lobby full of other customers. This lady deserves a damn good raise. Good job ma'am.

    I go into the Chalmette location to pay my bills every month and it never fails.. These ladies are the best at customer service. I normally feel down about giving up money the beginning of the month but they give you a good laugh and make you feel like family Keep it up Freda and Jill!!

    I usually have a good experience at this location but as of lately the person I prefer to visit with hasn’t been there. The service I’m use to seeing is always friendly and I think her name is Freida. The other ladies aren’t as friendly and I prefer to not visit with the ladies I have encountered with because they lack customer service.
