Anthony M. is sooooooooooo AMAZING!!! He helped me with everything I needed for my car loan and even gave me information about perks and benefits that I have through the bank. He is very nice, patient, and informative. All of the employees including the store manager is so nice and very helpful.

Love this bank. Staff is very helpful. Deanna Gerhardt from the Ft. Pierce Island branch is amazing. Great people. Highly recommend.

I recently applied to refinance my auto loan. The advertise sub 3% rates on their site which is the only reason I bothered to fill out their form. I get an email from a loan officer stating I was pre-approved at 4.74% which includes discounts for auto pay, getting their credit card and other stuff. My current rate is 4% with no requirements to get credit cards or auto pay or any of that. By the way my credit score is excellent. So I reply stating I am not interested as I already have a lower rate. No response, instead I keep getting emails on a daily basis from Docusign to sign the loan documents. I replied again, I do not want the loan, stop sending me documents. Still getting the emails every day. I also tried applying for a mortgage a while back. After waiting a long time at their Delray location to speak to a loan officer (apparently only one person could help with home loans) she tells me she can't help me there and to just go apply online. All I can say is if you have good credit don't waste your time here. Try to find a real credit union. Their rates suck despite what they advertise and so does their customer service.

On the phone talking to a teller and he does not know products or the way things work I was going to open an account but I better it will just upset me in the end!!

I have been with ithink financials since before 2013 when they were called IBMSE and I have never had such an horrendous experience, it is absolutely ridiculous and very distasteful the treatment that I have been receiving from IBM, I left a review before and I notice for some reason it is not up, not sure why but I will gladly leave another one because this is not the way to be treating someone that has been a member for years. If I could rate them negative 1. I definitely would, do not waste your time with this bank, especially in the middle of a global pandemic for them to be trying to make money of of their members is just atrocious.

So ITHINK financial is being greedy in the middle of a pandemic, they charge me 6 overdraft fee of 32 dollars each on total of 192 dollars in ONE day and when I called to get some assistance, someone by the name of Giovanni called me back and was NO HELP AT All, I’ve been banking with this bank since I was a teenager and took over my account when I turned 18 and this the first time this happened to me and nobody is willing to help me, its so disappointed how a bank would do this in the middle of a pandemic like why am I being charge money that I do not have. This is disgusting the protocol that these banks have set in place. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

During the pandemic they acted like they understood and offered to defer your mortgage payments for 3 months and add it on the end of your loan. Before the 1st month even came around, they changed their minds and said you had to pay all 3 months on the third month, not at the end as stated earlier. Stay away!!!!!

One of the most inept banking agencies I've ever worked with. Can't get payments posed in a timely manner. Hold you payments till past due and then want to charge you for their deliberate manipulation of your accounts.

ATM machine hasn’t accepted a deposit for MONTHS. Get it fixed and I’ll give you 5 stars.
