TCP fixed my credit in 2012 before I read any google review. I met the owners at a home builders seminar and they were nice guys so I gave them a shot and less than 8 months my horrible credit I qualified for FHA loan for my home. They did a great job back then. I am back again had some issues after i retired and they are just as good and have updated things but I am still impressed 9 years later.

If i could give zero stars I would. This company stole from me after I told the woman over the phone 5 times that i could not afford their services right now. I went through with it just to try them out. I was told they would call me back in 2 weeks to follow up on their services and see if I have the money to continue. I was charged in FULL the next day! I called them as soon as I noticed and they refunded me. HOURS after i received the refund the money was taken from my account AGAIN from the same place! I sent screenshots with SOLID PROOF that it was from them. i spoke with 3 representatives and 2 supervisors. The last supervisor i spoke with had HORRIBLE customer service and just kept telling me “we have no record of that”. We talked in circles for a few minutes and i understand it was a frustrating situation but there was no need for him to be so rude when he was supposed to be assisting me! I will never do business with them and i will never suggest them to anyone else.

The lady who worked at the property management office told me a few tenants used them when they were having trouble being approved for the credit check on apartments. I called them right away and got started. FFwd to today, I have given my security deposit and will move in on April 15th I am totally happy. Thanks Credit Pros.

Called and cancelled my membership with them. They told me it was cancelled they lie straight to my face was charged another month called again they told me I never called to cancel my membership nothing in my file that said anything. Took me 40 min of them trying to talk me out of canceling. Asked to speak to a supervisor and wouldn't you know none where available. At the beginning was told I would receive emails and text messages to an Portal nothing till the day I cancelled. Well hopefully I am cancelled will see next month if they charge me again Stay away from the Credit Pros

Called them today just to get advised , was a customer 10years ago but today I called just to get info , they forwarded me 4 times and after that they then hangup on me when they know I am not going to enroll with them . I don't think you should even call them, use local services, they are frauds now total sell outs.

Good luck cancelling your service. I called 12 times in 1 week. Was transferred multiple times, placed on hold for 30 to 45 minutes and continually hung up on. BEWARE!

I was with this company for 5 months and nothing was done with my credit. I called in to cancel my service and was told they would put my account on hold and for me to call them when i was ready to start the service again. Little did I know that it was just another way for them to charge me another month of service. I called them to refund the money and they said they couldn't and they didn't. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business. Regret ever doing business with this company please be aware.

I started this company seven months ago, they have taken my money every month for seven months, I received nothing absolutely nothing done to my credit report. I was told each month that things would be done and then they never were I had three different audits I spoke to Ford or five different supervisors the last one name Tori, I was told that all they do is mail out letters every 45 to 60 days yet you’re charged monthly not only that they’re not Better Business Bureau rated, The last audit that was done on my account through the company they could not even pull a copy of my credit report they asked me repeatedly for over three weeks to send me a copy of my credit report stating that they could not get it, I feel like my money has been taken and I receive no services, this company is a complete rip all stay far away they don’t have lawyers that work for you they just send letters out it’s not a legal represented company they’re not Better Business Bureau back, they only sent out letters every 45 to 60 days in hopes of getting things off your credit report and I was told by every supervisor that there’s no time limit to getting any of the work done and all they have to do to keep my money is CV sent out letters I’m going to file a suit with legal action and will update my post up on this record Upon completion of their investigation. I have also read this company at Better Business Bureau

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I only had 1 negative item I was precisely interested to remove. When I hired the service they told me 2 months top. After 5 months I still have that same negative item. I called and AFTER 5 MONTHS they tell me "we need this paper from you" So.. you couldn't tell me that 500$ before? DON'T DO IT! not worth it. ............. Update after The Credit Pros replay: I do have the client portal and the app. After 5 months I was not asked for the additional paper until I called to cancel the service. First time I called to cancel the agent said :wait until after Jan-27, we will have the collection removed and then you can cancel without being charged the extra month if you call before Feb-5." I did as i was told and I called yesterday (the collection is still there BTW) and I explained i do not want to pay an extra 100 for a service I am not getting. The agent told me "we already worked the whole month. you will be charged on Feb 7." BUT i paid the first month in advance when I got the service. SO it is THEFT if you charge me again. I'm relling you IS NOT TRANSPARENT. IS NOT GOOD. DO NOT DO IT. HIRE SOMEONE ELSE.

I had an appointment to speak with someone about their services and how they will help. I told them that at this moment I was unable to afford it due to my circumstances but I would revisit because I was interested. She set me up with another appointment to get it figured out if we were going to officially move forward or not, she stated that “they would put a penny hold on my account” so they do not lose my place with that credit builder. I said that was fine. I received a message a few days later stating that they were taking out $119 on the 13th but it was never authorized. I called to cancel because I didn’t not want to continue and was ASSURED that the money wouldn’t be taken out and that it would not happen. My “agent” contacted me the next day and told me that she still planned on calling today to discuss and I informed her that it would not be necessary since I cancelled the day before. I checked my bank account and the $119 was STILL taken out!! Of course I called and they are processing the refund but it still will take 5 days or more to get that back into my account. As a single mother with rent and bills, respectfully these people are trash. That money was never suppose to be taken out and they had it on a recorded line that I did not authorize this full payment and they still took it. I now have to wait 5 or more days to go to the grocery store. Still debating on taking legal matters because this is ridiculous and I am not the only one they have done this to. Taking unauthorized payments is highly illegal and considered theft regardless of if they want to process a refund and very unprofessional

I started in August of last year. Today I finally finished convincing myself that I should stop giving him my money. They asked about some letters that never arrived in my mailbox, their only answer to questions about the changes that were happening was that they had to wait for the next month to see the results (six months passed like this) and better analyze what was happening. They do not have enough employees at the moment to serve in Spanish due to the pandemic. You can look at the recordings so you can see that's what they told me. Finally, my credit remained the same and they say that they called me and there was never a call. I started with a new company which guarantees real results in 45 days or your money back. Ohh and my case it was a simple one.

Don’t waste your money. This company will charge a high fee $119 or more per month and won’t have anything removed from your credit score. They will not fix your credit score as they promise. Don’t waste your money. Go find a better company. Their 90 days money guarantee is a lie. They won’t refund you anything in 90 days; they refuse to refund me within the 90 days even though I was not satisfied with the service. It is a hassle to stop the service as they will do everything and will refuse to cancel if you request to cancel the service. I talk to an agent named Fareena Waris who is one of the managers there and she was very unprofessional and disrespectful. The whole thing put me in a tremendous stress. They are so disrespectful, unprofessional, and so inconsiderate of customer request, and show how they do not care about their customers. This just shows a total lack of respect and consideration for others. Please stay away from this company. Please don’t waste your money and time.

I am very new to this just joined The Credit Pros on 10/30 but everything they said what happened did happen they are crystal clear how the program works and the app is super easy to use. I was with a different credit repair company before and they didn't have an app and weren't really communicating with me at all.

I have been a client with The Credit pros since 2017, they have always helped me and my son with our credit. I wouldn’t go to any of these other companies who promise they will get your scores up to an 800 because it’s not true. I chose credit pros because of their reputation and honesty. I don’t believe negative reviews ‘cause they have always been decent and honest. Love that Jason Kaplan he’s so smart in his videos.

Since they keep deleting my reviews let me make another one. I can't stress enough how big of a scam this is. I used them for 7 or 8 months and I'm out all of that money. They started taking out payments before the scheduled date I had set up so after the second time I cancelled the service. As soon as I cancelled my credit dropped immediately 150 points putting me in a worse position than when I started. I reported them to the BBB and they responded pretty much saying oh well. These 5 star reviews have to be employee reviews. Beware!
