I Love Ireland Bank especially in Aberdeen Great services!!! But this branch in pocatello is Super bad!! What a let down bad customer services. Went today and they couldn't do what I ask for come to find out they where too Lazy!!!!! Never going to this location again!!!!

Horrible customer service and horrible banking if i could give them 0 stars i would, manager here dont seem to really care about their customers or concerns or problems i really wonder how they stay in buisness, i have banked here for 6 years and as soon as i can i will be completely shutting down my buisness and personal account at this bank, blows me away how they are still in buisness as a financial institution

We choose to open two business accounts here over 5 years ago and it has been a horrible experience. They seem as though they are 20 years behind the rest of the banking industry. Everything takes days to accomplish. They have terrible customer service and young tellers who are willing to argue their point even when they are incorrect. We do not recommend doing business here.
