I have never had a problem with any of the employees at any location until my husband and I were getting an auto loan. Dylan one of the loan officers was very unhelpful and terrible at getting back to us, he was also NEVER in. We had to talk to another loan officer to get things figured out, we then found out that he canceled our auto loan without approval. Unfortunately our experience with Dylan has dampened our overall experience and I recommend avoiding him for a smoother process.

Co-signed for an auto loan for my son. The sent me documents to sign via Docusign but had no idea what my security code was. Went to review and sign but without code my envelope of docs was not valid. An hour later I was told how to sign in... Too late and I'm headed to the branch tomorrow to sign manually. Poor customer service!

Friendly and very easy to work with if I need something. Hazel Dell branch is a little slow sometimes with only 2 tellers or 3 available during popular times of the week. Overall I love IQCU.

I'm not sure what the complaints about slow and unhelpful but they are wrong. Been banking here for awhile and there's almost never been a line and they are all super nice and helpful

Bad customer service. The teller sent me away to another brunch.

This bank is the best I've ever worked with. So helpful and knowledgeable. Loans are easy and fast. Their online banking is the best I've encountered. Will never go anywhere else. They have a customer for life.

Fee Happy Bank. I belong to two credit unions, in the other, not IQ, credit union if you have an overdraft they transfer money from your line of credit to cover it, no fee. At IQ they will do the same, but they charge you $30 bucks! $30 bucks for an internal bank transfer! $30 for executing about 6 lines of computer code. It shouldn't even need a human to be involved. I don't overdraft often so it doesn't impact me a great deal, but it is the principal of the thing. If they think it is okay to charge you $30 bucks for doing almost nothing then I don't think I want to do business with them. I don't recommend this business.

I'm not even sure why they are part of shared branch banking. My wife called me crying about how they refused to help her out this morning. I will be filing a complaint. This isn't the first time they have behaved this way. There is a culture of poor customer service for shared branch banking lasting more than a year.

The staff are great but the call service and app are so uselsess and abysmal that i had to switch account.

Worst location. Everyone is soooo slow!!! Takes forever in drive through and walking in.
